How our Postal Repair Service Works
Step 1: Book Your Repair Online
Pay for your repair online using our website and you will receive a unique order number. You can also create an account which will allow you to sign in to our website and see the progress of your repair.
Step 2: Post Your Phone to us
Place your phone in a sealed box or giphy bag and post it to our technical repair centre. Our technicians start repairing your mobile phone as soon as we receive it. Make sure you package your device securely and include a note with your unique order number on.

Step 3: We Repair Your Phone & Post it Back
Our technicians aim to repair your phone the same day we receive it in the post. We only use the highest quality, genuine replacement parts. Once your phone has been fixed, we will post your phone back to you using Royal Mail’s special delivery service.
